A Kitchen Routes bespoke trip allows you to choose the type of hotel you prefer, level of dining you desire, types of excursions that appeal to you, on the schedule you require.  We have access to the best local experts, hands-on indigenous food experiences and attend to every detail.  You choose your traveling companions dates, destinations, and we tailor a trip made for no one other than you.

 

We are launching our bespoke trips with Oaxaca, Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.  We also offer excursions to Catalunya, Spain where we will begin in Barcelona, which Travel and Leisure placed as #8 on their list, explore the beautiful Costa Brava, and more, according to your pleasure.  New to our itinerary is agro-turismo travel through Tuscany.

 

Suiting up/ The Process

 

• Please contact us with your interests, dates of travel, and other details that are important to you.

• Together we determine the trip destination, desired activities and sites, as well as an itinerary.

• Kitchen Routes creates a trip blueprint with your approval and/or revisions

• When you approve the itinerary, Kitchen Routes receives a non-refundable $500 deposit from you an is applied to the cost of the trip

• Once ready to reserve the trip, Kitchen Routes collects 50% of the trip price as a deposit

• Final trip payment is due 90 days before departure.  If your trip is planned with Kitchen Routes in a shorter time frame arrangements will be made to accommodate this.
