Waiver
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We contract with a network of companies, local agencies, and individuals to assist in the running of Kitchen Routes LLC as agents for these third parties. Our partners are carefully vetted, but we cannot be held responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

any liability for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in a tour event, or any breach of the Booking Condition, is excluded;

you release us and our officers, employees, agents and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a trip, and

any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by law into these booking conditions (implied Warranty), is excluded.
To the extent an implied Warranty cannot be excluded, our liability in respect of the implied Warranty is limited to (in our absolute discretion): (i) the provision of a similar Kitchen Routes LLC trip of equivalent value; or (ii) a refund of the total amount received by us from you in connection with your booking. Any claim by you is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss of profits or economic loss, however it arises, or for indirect, special punitive or exemplary damages.

IF WE CANCEL A TRIP:

Kitchen routes LLC reserves the right to alter the itinerary or accommodations as conditions warrant. If a trip itinerary must be changed due to weather, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness or other contingency for which Kitchen Routes LLC cannot make provision, the cost of delays or changes is not included.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY

Kitchen routes LLC reserves the right to alter the itinerary or accommodations as conditions warrant. If a trip itinerary must be changed due to weather, transportation delays, government intervention, sickness or other contingency for which Kitchen Routes LLC cannot make provision, the cost of delays or changes is not included.

Kitchen Routes LLC reserves the right to cancel an itinerary before departure for any reason including too few participants or logistical problems such as strikes, military actions, acts of nature or any other circumstances which may make operation of the trip inadvisable.

If we cancel a tour you have reserved, the entire amount you have paid to Kitchen Routes LLC for the applicable tour will be refunded to participants enrolled at the time of cancellation within 14 days minus any PayPal fees paid, if you were invoiced by Kitchen Routes LLC. Once this occurs, Kitchen Routes LLC and its representatives have no other obligations to tour members on cancelled trips including any additional costs or fees to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or other travel arrangements not made by Kitchen Routes LLC.

Alternatively, you may choose to transfer to another Kitchen Routes tour within 12 months of the cancelled trip if one is available. See Cancellation policy.
AGREEMENT

Participants must sign and submit this waiver acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the conditions set forth in this waiver as part of your registration and you will not be considered registered until this is completed.
PHOTO TIME

The participant hereby provides his, her, or their express consent and authorization to the Operator (Kitchen Routes LLC ) utilizing, at its sole discretion, for its advertising, promotion and marketing purposes, any photographs taken of the participant during his/her participation in the activities.

We reserve the right to amend these policies at our discretion. If an amendment occurs between your booking and your Kitchen Routes LLC trip, we will notify you of changes via email.
